Abstract
The article is devoted to understanding the concepts of internal and external strategic position stakeholder-organization. These concepts are offered as part of the mechanism of the development strategy stakeholder-organizations are based on studies of key competencies. The paper presents the general concepts of competence and stakeholder-organization.
